Private Chef In GympieI am chef with over 20 years of experience, British chef that now calls Queensland home.
I am passionate about using the amazing produce available to us on the Sunshine Coast and Mary Valley, building relationships with small local producers in the ten years I have worked in the area.
A background in gastropubs and high end corporate catering in the U.K, followed by private cheffing on Hamilton Island before moving to the Sunshine coast. On the coast I have held senior roles at The piano bar, Lemon & Thyme and Brouhaha brewery.
I followed this by becoming owner and operator of Mill Street Kitchen & Pantry with my wife Haley.We have recently sold this and are now ready to pursue a private chef role encompassing all the skills I have used.
