I have had the honour of running a Michelin starred restaurant in the UK and I have achieved AGFG chef hats in Vanitas Versace restaurant and Peppers Soul Seaduction restaurant. I fell in love with cooking in my grandmother’s kitchen when as a young child I cooked along side her. I love to prepare a variety of cuisines and I have had the pleasure of studying food in several countries.

James & his wife were amazing!!! Best food myself, my husband and our wedding guests ever had! The food was fresh, the taste was beautiful & cooked and served to perfection. They had great energy that fit our vibe. Was really easy to organise, book and pay on here. The chef changed up the menu to suit our needs, James had remained extremely fast and efficient.
