I love cooking and being creative – I spend most of my day cooking and producing videos for my YouTube channel. Having an amazing dining experience heavily relies on having a good chef or cook. There's a popular Egyptian saying that says ' a good cook has a good breath in cooking'. The translation doesn't do it justice, but to me this means a good cook has good taste and a sharp eye for details. I have always loved cooking and I used to do catering events for our local church in Egypt. When I came to Australia I worked at Great Vine Cafe Caringbah, Eil Shadaai Sutherland, and at the Star Sydney.
