I am a professional chef working in a Italian restaurant in cairns city.

I have been working in the kitchen for 10 years, I have traveled a lot between Germany, Italy, Australia and New Zealand.

One of my last experiences was on the Amalfi coast, at the Capri Palace 2 star Michelin hotel.

We had an amazing night thanks to Chef Guiseppe. He was incredibly professional and made sure we had all the information we needed. He was very personable and friendly and engaged with the family while he cooked. The food was amazing! He even did a separate menu for the kids and made the best spaghetti bolognese they'd ever had. Could not recommend Chef Guiseppe enough!
