Hey, my name is Gianluigi, an italian Chef and I'm currently living in Sydney.
I was born in a little village in the north of Italy, surrounded by hectares of vineyards
At the end of my catering studies, I began my professional journey in several Michelin star restaurants, in different italian region such as Piedmont, Liguria and Tuscany.
Each region was for me a discovery of high quality products and new techniques that enhanced my culinary passion.
I look forward to sharing this great passion with all of you with my creations
