I have been working in the kitchen for nearly 15 years between italy and Australia. After the school for chef i start working in busy seasonal restaurant on the coast of italy and especially near Rome where i have developed my passion and learnt a lot. Here is Australia it has been a fantastic journey so far and now a chance to express my self and create amazing experiences with private dinners
