I am a professional Chef with 25 years in the Gastronomic environment, my preparation was carried out at the Gastronomy Institute of Le Cordon Bleu Peru, I have been Chef in Peruvian restaurants such as Liverpool Restobar de los Hermanos Ardiles, in Kuma Rolls Peru, in Chile in My property is Waykuq Restobar, I have been Executive Chef at the Living Acalis SPA chain and I am currently Chef at Showtime Event Group DFO and at Casa Frida CBD.
