I am a professional chef with 14 years of experience, and proud to say I made a lot of people happy with my food.
I finished my studies in culinary arts in 2009 and had my first experience in a kitchen in Italy in 2010. Since then I’ve gained a lot of experience in different cities working both at restaurants, hotels and private dining. I am originally from Argentina, reason why I enjoy open fire cooking and have my own grill set up. My favourite chef is Francis Mallmann and I take inspiration on his work. I love the outdoors I play rugby union and started surfing. I am really enjoying my time in Australia and am really keen to cook for people in the area.
