Hi, I’m Eric, a German chef with over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. I’ve worked in fine dining restaurants, spent 3 years on cruise ships, and gained expertise in international cuisine, from Asia to South America. I’ve also led workshops, cooking classes, and catering events. For the last 4-5 years, I’ve focused on creating flavorful, healthy vegetarian, vegan, and plant-based meals that nourish the body and soul. I’m passionate about fermentation projects and, when I have time, I enjoy gardening to grow my own organic vegetables and herbs. I look forward to sharing my culinary knowledge and love for cooking with you!
