I'm a Italian professional chef.
I did hospitality school in Italy, after i worked in 3 starred italian restaurants, to then start travelling to London, S. Francisco and than stop permanently in Melbourne where I now call home.
In Australia i had several experiences in renowned restaurants in the city such as Estelle and Oster.
During my stay in Australia i also enjoy a cooking school to obtain even the australian diploma.
I have a total work experience of 15 years.
I love cooking and speriment with food combination of flavuor, I also like to cook a traditional italian dishes such as lasagna and every kind of filled fresh pasta.
