I am a professional chef with 18 years experience in restaurants all over Australia and New Zealand. From 1 hat restaurants to 3 hat, from cafes to Asian eateries to Mediterranean style bistros. My cooking style is cooking with the season, using fresh and local produce, while keeping the food simple but complex in flavour and technique. My last position was Head Chef at Bocca Italian in Bokarina. I can offer share style menus, set course menus with individual plates, canapés, grazing boards or dessert tables.
