Speciality areas being South American cuisine, seafood, Sri Lankan and contemporary Australian. I’m inspired by Alex Atala, Anthony Bourdain and my beautiful Brazilian grandma. I’ve had wonderful opportunities to travel and live throughout south and central America and lived in South Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory. My travels have always inspired me in my cooking and I’m always conscious of delivering food with sustainability in mind.

I had the best night celebrating my birthday with thanks to Diego! So easy to deal with and responsive prior to the event - a wonderful menu, no issues with dietaries and accommodated all requests. On the night Diego was punctual, well organised and engaging - not to mention the food was amazing!! Diego and his colleague left the kitchen cleaner then they found it. Could not recommend more highly!
