A welcoming and calm natured chef with a passion to cook with local and seasonal produce.
Brazilian chef with 5+ years experience in head chef positions in South Australia and Northern Territory. Speciality areas being South American cuisine, seafood, Sri Lankan and contemporary Australian. I’m inspired by Alex Atala, Anthony Bourdain and my beautiful Brazilian grandma. I’ve had wonderful opportunities to travel and live throughout south and central America and lived in South Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory. My travels have always inspired me in my cooking and I’m always conscious of delivering food with sustainability in mind.
