I am a professional chef with 8 years experience in many culinary outlets. From childhood, all I wanted to do was cook, at the age of 8 I was already making lunch/dinner for my parents on my school holidays. The passion grew and here’s where it brought me now.

Everything in the kitchen just simply captivates me, I learn more and more everyday and inspire others to do what makes them happy, because I firmly believe that if you do something that makes you happy, everyone else around you will be pleased with what you produce.

My cooking style is more on rustic depth of flavour, more towards how our Grandmothers touched our hearts every Sunday. Simple yet full of emotion on the palate.
