Well rounded, cheerful, adaptable

I am born and raised in the Southern Highlands NSW, spent my adolescents living on Kangaroo Island and now the Murray Mallee is home.

I have been cooking since I was about 7 yrs old. Sweets were a rarity in my childhood home so I learnt to make gooey cakes at a young age. Professionally I have gone from apprentice to Head Chefs, caterer to shearers cook some we'll known venues, events and Hotels, winning AHA awards along the way.

Currently running a small hotel Kitchen while raising my son.
