I am a highly accomplished chef who has had the pleasure of acquiring my skills around the world. I began my career in Mauritius working in 5 star hotels and Michelin star restaurants, and refined my knowledge in Seychelles and France. I settled in Melbourne nearly 20 years ago where I continued to work as a Head Chef in a range of establishments including steak houses, gastro pubs and cafés, while balancing a young family. I now primarily offer my services as a Private Chef.

Through my varied experiences, I am very refined and knowledgeable in traditional cuisines that I can bring to your table with a modern twist. I am skilled in menu planning, food preparation, food hygiene, portion control, seasonality, sustainability, and costing. I enjoy crafting unique dishes in collaboration with my customers to align with their interests and needs. I have a true passion for food, and I am committed to producing high quality meals in all types of settings and for all to enjoy.
