Growing up in the prairies of Canada, I knew I had to leave the small town behind in order to properly experience the culinary industry. Lead by passion and fuelled by ambition, my culinary journey has allowed me to explore diverse cuisines, work under renowned chefs and explore various culinary traditions. This adventurous spirit has allowed me to cultivate a rich tapestry of skills, transforming me into a seasoned chef.
