i am an inspiring personal cook and a single mother to one little 5 year old girl.
i am a 30 year old thats a single mother very passionate about Mediterranean and Australian and American cooking as i am half Greek Cypriot and my mother is Australian Irish. i also have been looking most recently into kids cooking like super cute sushi and cakes for my 5 year old daughter Ily as well as waiting to try my hand at Na'vi cooking from the movie Avatar when the cookbook is released. i really like collecting cookbooks and regulary cook from cookbooks from around the globe, espescially in the Mediterranean region.
