I am an Italian chef, inspired by my mother, a talented chef herself. I studied culinary arts in Milan, where I honed my skills and expanded my palate. I had the privilege of apprenticing at several renowned Italian restaurants, including the prestigious Verdi in Milan. The kitchen is my sanctuary, where I blend flavors and craft dishes that tell a story, each creation a testament to my love for the art of cooking.
