Very passionate about showcasing the Produce and Dishes that Goes with it.

Chef Bilal’s culinary passion ignited at 16, watching his grandmother cook for the family. He honed his skills in Dubai’s Michelin-starred establishments, including West14 and Stay by Yannick Alleno, before relocating to Australia in 2015. There, Bilal embraced Australian produce, focusing on Farm to Fork dishes, and contributed to a restaurant’s first Chef Hat. His esteemed career spans 3 Hat Hardy’s Veranda at Mount Lofty House, 2 Hat Graçn Blue at Sofitel Adelaide, 3 Hat Appellation in Barossa Valley, and 2 Hat Aurora in Adelaide City. Bilal’s commitment to ethical sourcing and local ingredients is reflected in his fine dining experiences, now delivered straight to your home with a touch of elegance and simplicity.
