Very passionate about showcasing the Produce and Dishes that Goes with it.

Chef Bilal’s culinary passion was ignited at the age of sixteen when he observed his grandmother preparing meals for the family. He subsequently honed his skills at Michelin-starred establishments in Dubai, including West14 and Stay by Yannick Alleno, before relocating to Australia in 2015. Upon his arrival, Bilal embraced Australian produce, specialising in Farm to Fork dishes and contributing to a restaurant’s inaugural Chef Hat. His distinguished career has since encompassed three Hat Hardy’s Veranda at Mount Lofty House, two Hat Graçn Blue at Sofitel Adelaide, three Hat Appellation in the Barossa Valley, and two Hat Aurora in Adelaide City. Bilal’s unwavering commitment to ethical sourcing and the utilisation of locally sourced ingredients is evident in his exquisite fine dining experiences, which are now conveniently delivered to your doorstep with a touch of elegance and simplicity.
