Chef At Home In MosmanBorn and raised in Puglia along the stunning southern coastline of Italy, my culinary journey began in Altamura, a city renowned for its exceptional bread. Since '98, I've been immersed in the family-owned bakery business, inheriting the secret recipes from my father.
In 2010, I made the move to Milan, working alongside Italian chefs and in renowned restaurants. This experience shaped me into the chef I am today. In 2014, I took my culinary skills to Sydney, refining them further as the Head Chef at The Commons Local Eating House.
In 2019, I embraced the challenge of becoming the Head Chef at Il Piatto in Darwin, contributing to the best Italian dining experience in the Northern Territory. Transitioning to a new phase, I became a Trainer/Assessor for a Private Hospitality School, driven by a strong desire to share knowledge and inspire aspiring professionals.
Now, my focus is on sharing the rich culinary culture of Italy through meticulous attention to detail and a touch of creativity, blending Classic and Modern Italian Cuisine.
