Hello Everybody!!I’m Andrea,born in Ancona(Marche Region-Italy),a great place to live with a large variety of food from the Sea and from the Mountains (just 70km far).My both parent are from south of Italy so you can immagine the quality of meals we grow up with…I start my career as chef in Italy (after attend 5 years at Panzini Hospitality School in Senigallia)and curious to see more I travel and have work experience in Uk,Greece,Netherlands Switzerland and now based in Australia(Melbourne).Passionate about Mediterranean seasonal food.I believe that the quality of the ingredients and respect for them is an important factor to achieve a great Flavour.
