Italian chef with 20 years of experience in Micheline star restaurants and 5 star hotels in Europe and Asia, deep passion for high quality, made from scratch food.

I have done my study in a prestigious culinary school in Northern Italy.

After 6 years of apprenticeship I moved to Singapore in a senior chef role. I then moved to Switzerland where I fine tune my pastry skills.

3 years ago I choose that Australia would be my new adventure.

Starting in Brisbane I have worked in hotels and boutique restaurants. We have since moved to the food capital, Melbourne! My wife and I work as a team providing private chef dinners around Melbourne, we prepare the food together in n exceptional manner, with some of our recipes taking 3 days. We tailor our menus uniquely and specifically to your tastes and preferences.
