As a chef with over 15 years of experience, my fun and outgoing personality brings a unique energy to my work. I am always happy to adjust my level of involvement to suit each client's needs, all while possessing a comprehensive understanding of many cuisines. Over the years, I have honed my skills and expertise in the kitchen, constantly seeking out new techniques, ingredients and flavor combinations to incorporate into my cooking. From classic dishes to modern takes on traditional recipes, I am always eager to push the boundaries. And while I am confident in my abilities as a chef, I never let my passion for cooking overshadow the needs and preferences of my clients.
