French chef in Australia, qualified in France and specialist of European cuisine and pastry.

I'm a professional chef with 10 years experience. I learnt in France, first as a pastrychef in Michelin Start restaurant. Then I have few years experience in catering and I'm now working in Australia for 5 years in restaurant and as patissier in French bakery.

I participated few international culinary competitions, I have different diplomas and most importantly: I'm passionate about cooking!

My specialities are European food, especially French of course !

But my first skill is pastry, so don't worry for your desserts, it will be awesome!
