I am a professional chef with 14 years of experience.
Started in my grandmother's kitchens and fell in love with cooking.
Studied in 2 renowned cooking schools in Italy and Brazil.
Lived in different countries around the world working with fine dining restaurants and luxury hotels.
Experience in different types of cuisines, pastry and bakery as well as working as a private chef.
Creating menus tailored to guests needs and preferences allows me to insert my background influences, be creative and creat delectable food
