I was born in Necochea, a coastal town in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I studied at the University of Gastronomy in Buenos Aires, specializing in BODEGON cuisine, wood-fired cooking, and seafood. Over the past 10 years, my culinary journey has taken me around the world, where I've explored diverse flavors and combined Argentine and Italian influences with global cuisines.
I have a deep passion for traveling and immersing myself in different culinary cultures, discovering authentic aromas and flavors that inspire my cooking. I especially love preparing Argentine-style meats over an open flame and Mediterranean-influenced seafood. I would be delighted to share this culinary adventure with you.
