My journey began in Milan, where I mastered the traditions of Italian cooking before spending a decade refining my craft in Melbourne’s top Italian restaurants. Most recently, I have led the kitchen at a prestigious regional winery in Queensland, creating exquisite dishes that pair perfectly with fine wines.
