I am professional chef with twenty years experience. I started my career in my home city of Milan and have spent the last 10 years in top Italian restaurants in Melbourne. In my most recent time I have been a Chef at a top regional winery in Queensland. I have learnt many different techniques and cuisines but what I am passionate about is the authentic rustic Italian food using traditional recipes with a modern touch using the freshest of local and seasonal produce. To create a dish that feeds your soul.
