My name is Nikos Papadimitriou. In 2016, I graduated from culinary school in Greece and gained experience working in 5-star hotels, high-end restaurants, and as a chef at Leto restaurant, always with deep respect for my profession and a passion for quality ingredients. Currently, I also work as a sous chef at Hotel Bristol Vienna, further refining my skills in a high-level culinary environment.
The idea of becoming a private chef was born when I realized that I wanted a more direct connection with my guests. In professional kitchens, you cook for people you never see because you’re confined to the kitchen. This path allows me to share my philosophy of Greek cuisine with my customers in a more personal and meaningful way.
