Cooking is not about being the best or most perfect cook, but rather it is about sharing the table with family and friends.
My name is Nikos Papadimitriou. In 2016 I graduated from culinary school in Greece and worked in 5* hotels, high end restaurants and as a chef in Leto restaurant, with respect for the profession and love for the raw materials. The idea of private chef was born when I realized that I wanted a more direct contact with the customer, because in professional kitchens you cook for guests that you don't see because you are locked in the kitchen. This idea gives me the opportunity to share with my customers my philosophy of Greek.
