For over 20 years I have owned my professional experience through working in the kitchens of well known restaurants and Embassies in Sao Paulo, Oxford, London, Paris and Vienna. Furthermore I did attend several cooking courses around the world and studied gastronomy at the Academie de Paris university in France and I have achieved the highest degree issued in French Cuisine .

My specialization lies within the Italian, Brazilian and French cuisine but also I developed my own international style bringing together the best of what I was able to learn during my years in this profession. Now I am keeping up with international trends and offering the best of knowledge working in Vienna and Bratislava.

Today I am very pleased to use my experience in Vienna and Bratislava in diplomatic services and private events. There I am responsible for inside management as well as planning and organizing. I am cooperating with numbers of people from different nationalities, sharing space and experience with different chefs and work with high-level authorities and politicians.

Chef Marcelo was engaging and attentive and the dishes were fabulous! We worked together on the menu a few days before the visit and set up the time in advance, so the day of I just enjoyed being able to surprise my partner and focused on having a great evening! Highly recommended!

Marcelo was fantastic. I hired him to cook a private meal on new year’s eve in vienna at our apartment, and it was lovely from start to finish. i couldn’t recommend him more.

Chef Marcelo, Made my proposal night truly a night to remember. To start with, he was extremely positive and kind and was willing to help around with the overall preparation: going with me over the shopping list, helping me with the wine choice, etc... he even stopped by a few days earlier just to make sure that the setting would match the meal. Truly a perfectionist that would spare no efforts to make sure my night was extraordinary. on top of that, his positive and warm attitude helped to circumvent any of my stress regarding this evening. And last but not least, the food- Chef Marcelo went to great extents making sure every need was met (gluten-free and vegetarian). and the taste... words can't compliment it enough. in short, a magical night. I can't recommend chef Marcelo enough.
