Giuseppe did everything to make it a special evening. Beginning with the offer of the menu and his questions about any preferences. He called while shopping the food to ask for our needs and wishes. He prepared everything and followed all hygienic obligations in these difficult times (Covid). The presentation and explanations of the dishes were appealing and the food tasted perfectly. He even had so much bought that he could prepare another menu for the following day. So we could enjoy his lovely dishes twice ;-)

It was a ery pleasant experience , the food was good and Giuseppe cooked and cleaned the kitchen afterwards. He put leftoers in the fridge and took the rubbish with him . Zhank you for a perfect evening with guests.

We created a menu together with Chef Giuseppe, which turned out really well. The food was fresh and delicious. The Chef was friendly and polite and worked really hard to make the evening nice for us.

Es wurde sofort deutlich, dass hier ein wahrer Profi am Werk war. Die Erklärung der Küche dauerte nur einen Augenblick, bevor auf professionelle Weise mit der Zubereitung begonnen wurde. Die Zutaten waren offensichtlich frisch und sorgfältig ausgewählt. In unseren eigenen vier Wänden entstand eine echte Restaurantatmosphäre, als die Gerichte kunstvoll angerichtet serviert wurden. Wir werden dieses Service sicherlich wieder in Anspruch nehmen, auch mit mehreren Gästen. Herzlichen Dank nochmals für den wunderbaren Abend und das exzellente Menü.

Giuseppe was amazing! He was communicative, showed up on time, prepared, and most importantly - the food was incredible. But Giuseppe deserves an even bigger call out than usual. Halfway through cooking, the airbnb's stove and oven completely died. Luckily, there was a firepit the hosts had given us, and Giuseppe cooked our ENTIRE MEAL OVER AN OPEN FLAME... this includes a divine risotto dish! He was a great sport about it, too. Showing true flexibility and grace. We were so impressed and grateful! This all happened on Christmas day, too, in the country about an hour outside of vienna with no other options for food. Thank you Giuseppe!!

Christmas Eve dinner with Chef Guiseppe was a treat for my family and friends. He went to great lengths to get the freshest and best ingredients to put together a tasty meal, as well as something the kids could relate to and enjoy. It was also fantastic to have someone mixing drinks and keeping our glasses full throughout the evening. We felt spoilt. Chef Giuseppe is a warm and genuine person, committed to ensuring perfection of both the cuisine and the experience.

Dinner with Chef Giuseppe was perfection personified, right from preparation to service. The food was delicious, well presented, our palates were happy and as host, I had time to enjoy the company of my friends. Chef Giuseppe has incredible talent, takes great pride in his food preparation and cooks from the heart. It wasn't just about cooking, but an opportunity to also get to know the person behind the cooking. When it was time for dinner service, he ultimately made sure all the guest were completely satisfied. I would definitely repeat the experience and highly recommend Chef Giuseppe. I asked for a Lemon Drizzle Cake and provided the recipe and the cake combined with the chef's recommended strawberry syrup was mouth watering. Thank you Chef Giuseppe. You get four Michelin Stars from all of us :). Thank you for making our evening that extra special.

Chef Guiseppe hat einzigartig für 10 Personen gekocht. Die Speisen waren sehr sehr gut zubereitet und genau auf mein Geschmack abgestimmt. Ich hatte unglaublich viel spass und würde ihn sofort wieder buchen!

Wir hatten Guiseppe anlässlich des Geburtstags meiner Frau bei uns. Die Ansprüche waren mit Vegan, Vegetarisch und Klassisch, zu realisieren in der Mediterranen Küche, sehr hoch. Guiseppe hat sich viel Zeit genommen ein passendes Menü zu entwickeln und mit uns abzustimmen. Die Umsetzung hat den Anforderungen voll entsprochen. Die Brancino Filets waren ein Gedicht! Danke und jederzeit wieder!

Guiseppe hat uns einen tollen Abend beschert. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und wir haben alle sehr genossen. Gerne wieder.

Giuseppe hat mit uns das Menü abgestimmt und ist auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Es war sogar so viel dass wir noch am nächsten Tag teilweise etwas zu essen hatten. Ich kann den service von take a chef und Giuseppe jedem weiterempfehlen!
