My name is Aleksandra Lazarova and I've been cooking professionally for 15 years now, but been around the kitchen since a little girl. I studied culinary arts at the HRC Culinary Academy Bulgaria and since I've worked in restaurants in Amsterdam, Washington DC and Vienna.

My last employment was in one of the best restaurants in town , Dstrikt in The Ritz-Carlton Vienna, where I have cooked for many celebrities and world leaders, such as Prince, Tom Cruise, Robbie Williams, and Vladimir Putin, among others. Most of them, like me, preferred rustic, heart-warming, comfort food.

I believe that a great meal is one that is both delicious and nourishing. This is why home cooked meals are my favorite. Home cooking gives you the feeling and warmth of happiness and home no matter where you are. Made with love, and enriched with plenty of nutrients for your body, mind, and soul.

Very nice and polite chef including nice conversations

We had a great evening and really enjoyed the overall experience! Alexandra was not only a great chef, but a great conversationalist and made the evening so fun for everyone in my family!

Chef Aleksandra was amazing! So lovely, so accommoding when we had to change dates at the last minute. She rebooked us on Easter Sunday even tho she had family plans! (It was the only day that worked for us.) Our family of 8 was so impressed with her professionalism & our meal was delicious - an authentic Austrian menu which was exactly what we wanted! I am so impressed with the communication we had; she was absolutely phenomenal to work with!

We were a group of 8 girls visiting the beautiful city of Vienna and staying at an Airbnb. We decided to treat ourselves to a French meal with multiple courses.
