Get to know me better

Always determined to perfection.

My culinary journey began in my childhood, when my grandmother taught me how to cook our national (Russian, Tatar) cuisine. When I grew older, I found my interest in pastry and at 16 started taking orders for cakes. At 17 I joined family business as a linear cook at our family’s restaurant.

Now I am a professional chef with more than 6 years formal experience in the culinary world. I studied at the School of Hospitality in St. Petersburg and after graduating I had an incredible opportunity to work with chefs of various culinary traditions in different restaurants and cafes.
