was born in Córdoba, Argentina, very close to our costumes, ingredientes and flavors and lived a big part of my life in different parts of the world as a consultant for corporations and small companies, until one day I decided to go back to the origin. Had restaurants and approached food from different angles. Today, I cook at home for people who's looking for simple things, who appreciates the reunion as much as the ingredients, the season, the geography and the culture of my place.
