Indulge to a new and out of the box ideas on cooking. Food is a language to someone else's heart and soul.
I am a certified chef for 12 years but before that I worked at Coffee Club in Auckland and King's Garden Cafe in Tauranga, both were in New Zealand. Then I wanted to be more professional so I took Diploma in Culinary Practice so that I could be Sous Chef/Head Chef. I got a job at Eden Park Catering and Sous Chef at Novotel Auckland Airport for more than 5 years. I went home to Jakarta and got a job as Sous Chef at Eric Kayser Boulangerie. But then I had an offer to be a General Manager at Marche Restaurant to replace the owner to manage BOH and FOH and it was amazing experience and work environment.
