Our experience with Chef James was nothing short of exceptional. He did an incredible job and managed to impress both carnivores and pescatarians alike. We have lived in San Francisco for 15 years and are spoiled with the food scene there and in nearby wine country. We can arguably say that the dinner that Chef James prepared was one of the best we’ve had. He was able to pull it all off: timing, taste, presentation, and all with a calm demeanor and willing to chat a bit and answer our questions. We would use him again in a heartbeat but i have a feeling he’ll be booked. Get him while you can!

We loved Chef Keo. He was super friendly, great collaboration on the menu, accommodating with our requests, and great conversation while prepping for the appetizers. Loved the flavors and presentation, he left the kitchen cleaner than he found it and was very discreet. We had a wonderful experience!

What an amazing time we had with Auset. Her food was wonderful, she accommodated a food sensitivity within the group, and prepared two amazing dinners for our time in Napa. Would highly recommend her!
