I am a professional chef with over 8 years of experience in the Kitchen. I am a young, vibrant and talented Chef with specialty in Italian and International cuisines. My experience ranges from being a personal chef, to my most current adventure, a retail F&B shop manager.

I am currently based in the UAE and has strong knowledge in the UAE food scene. Cooking is my great passion and would love to continue and grow in this profession. My experience in a five-star hotel has taught me the ways of the kitchens and managing a time-crunch environment. Other than giving the best of me through the food I create, I want to ensure that my guests are satisfied and leaves with a happy tummy and a smile on their face.

My cooking skills started at home. As a Moroccan, we rarely go out to eat, we always cook at home. I learned the skill from my mom, a great home chef.
