I am professional chef for almost 19 years of extensive experience in various Hotels. Timeout Award Winning of best seafood restaurant in town doing a French and Mediterranean cuisine. Capable of managing dining services of up to 300 tables while supervising and motivating staff to perform to the best of their abilities across every service, trained, and directed all staff members since 2007.
