My passion for cooking was ignited by my aunt who introduced me to French Gastronomy when I was just a kid. Being a farmer's grandson, I have always loved the diversity of products that France offers over the seasons and decided to pursue a culinary career. After graduating I spent time working with renowned chefs in different parts of the world which has diversified the flavors that I've integrated in my cuisine. After successfully establishing myself professionally and running my own restaurant in the Caribbean islands for 5 years, I am now based in Dubai as a private chef to share and discover 20 years of culinary travel experiences through my Supperclub experience, my masterclass and our private dinner.
