Born in Dubai, then graduating from Culinary Arts Academy in Switzerland, followed by travelling to NYC to work at the 1 Michelin star NoMad, after which I was at the pre opening team of Miguel’s in Goa, and then later opening Dubai’s first Indian burger concept called Burger Desi. After parting ways with Burger Desi, I found love in Bangkok thus, 7 years after Switzerland ‘sabahdining.xyz’ was born, a 7 course set menu, inspired by all the cities that I hold an emotional connection with.
