Chef Sean Archange

Passionate, professional and personable culinary trained chef from Auckland, New Zealand. I have extensive experience in high end restaurant ownership, and also 8 years experience in the role of head chef in a gastronomic restaurant in France.

I have worked several seasons onboard private super yachts for various HNWI, and now I’m living happily in my role as personal chef to an Emirati family here in Abu Dhabi.

I’ve cooked under many differing circumstances, all of which have provided challenges and obstacles that I have always been able to conquer all while enjoying what I love to do.

I have cooked professionally with my own daughter in the kitchen for many years, and now cook side by side with the son of the family I work for who enjoys learning and creating with me, so teaching and guiding people through private cooking classes is also a pleasure to do - kids included!

My numerous technical skills, abilities and world travel allows me create almost anything your heart and tastebuds desire from any corner of the world, so feel free to enquire and question me with any and all of your requirements - I’m always looking for my next gastronomic challenge.
