Following my culinary training, I dedicated a year to studying nutrition while simultaneously pursuing my career in professional football, this unique combination has given me a deep understanding of the nutritional human needs of the human body.

I had the privilege to work with Chefs as Noel Moglia during the World Tapa Championship where he won with the tapa called "My Roots and Knowledge".

From May 2024 until January 2025 I was Working as Sous Chef onboard one of the most historic yachts on earth (M\Y Christina O)

Celebrities and historical individuals like JFK, Sir Winston Churchill, Marilyn Monroe, Frank Sinatra to name but a few were regular guests on board.
