I have loved to cook food ever since I was little boy . My Mom food always made me happy, and I took great interest in how she prepared such delicious food. This is the reason I have strived to become a chef. But I started in Sri Lanka as a kitchen steward but kept watching the chefs in the kitchen, longing for an opportunity to cook
Then 2 years and there after moved to the Dubai , where I have been working for the past 3years .since that day to until now My chef is my Mentor Chef Gregoire Berger he's Executive chef in Ossiano .
