Chef Sait Gezen

Chef Saitcan Gezen, who was born in Hatay/Turkey and grew up in İstanbul, went into the depths of global cuisines in Paris, Istanbul, Doha,Dubai after discovering the innovative culinary culture with Pierre Teyant and Stephane Buchholzer, whom he apprenticed, and working in the best kitchens of the city. He participated in the Erasmus+ project with a scholarship from the government and did his internship in France/Paris. Later, he completed his master's training in Le cordon bleu and his talents were noticed by the French Chefs and he received a job offer at the restaurant where he did his internship and received One Michelin star in Paris. He worked for 3 years at the French Gastronomy Restaurant
