I am an Italian chef who has 35 years experience. Currently living in Dubai, and I've worked as the Executive chef at Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority. I am also the Former Executive Chef Master Pizza at 800 Degrees and the former head pizza chef at Slider Station. I've also worked at the Giolitti Restaurant. I learned to cook at Pratiche with the master chef and basically, touring much of the world to learn different culinary cultures.
