I look for perfection in every plate

My name is Reda Barka and I am a Head Pastry Chef in Dolce Hospitality (DIFC, Dubai) in charge of 3 Restaurants (French, Arabic, and Japanese). My experience spans French, International, and Arabic pastry (production and a-la-carte). I have been working for 3 years in Morocco (Pastry Shops) and for the last 9 years in UAE (Hotels and Restaurants in Dubai and Abu Dhabi) being part of pre-opening teams multiple times. I am a hard worker very motivated and proactive in creating new menus/receipts. I am also a strong teacher willing to train teams to bring them to the next level in Pastry.

I speak French, English and Arabic.
