As well as I am a chef and ingredients researcher.

I traveled many countries to explore the food culture differences, and how can we make this common interest between people all over the globe

a way to make them closer and happier .

I started cooking when I was a child. At that age I was always innovating some new recipes … Little by little

I have gained food mixing knowledge since I am cooking over 10 years ago .

Plus my family's 3rd generation recipes for the Egyptian authentic food .

Which was my starting point for exploring and practicing Arabian and Mediterranean food cooking, developing and creation .

Beside my kitchen experiments, I was following many chefs from different regions to learn and combine between their proficiency and my own cooking style .

I travelled to Japan to practice cooking skills as well as comparing between Mediterraneans and Eastern Asia eating habits and food cooking style.

I created and developed Vegan and Halal recipes since both recently became part of the top food industry trends . In addition to health-wise it is recommended .

I have cooked for wide number of people from different nationalities from the East to the West .

I did market test to see the reaction of people when they experiencing different tastes and ingredients than that what they used to have .

The feedback was incredible which encourage me to move forward and do

catering for restaurant .

Moreover, hosting food events to share the food ,recipes,culture and happiness .
