I am a professional chef with an experience from Michelin starred restaurants in San Francisco. I started my career while studying hospitality management at northern Arizona university, as a dish washer and worked my way up to cook at best restaurants in California. I have done a great deal of pop up dinners and projects both in California and Saudi Arabia that have been absolutely successful. I am also the founder of the famous taco truck in saudi “ Caliente” For me food is a way to express love and care and my most self fulfillment Moment is when I draw smiles on peoples’ faces with my creative, well thought of and fun food. My curiosity about cuisines drove me to learn a bit of multiple ones. However, I specialize in Latin and Asian cuisines.
