Citizen of the world, trained in cooking Italian and French. Enjoy cooking French, Pan-Asian and Mediterranean. I'm all about flavours and good times.
I am currently working at Quince Restaurant, Dubai as the Head chef and entering my 10th professional year. I challenge myself with different cuisines with respect to cultures and like to take it up a notch with my own experiences. For me it begins outside the kitchen with decency, respect and gratitude to the cooks and suppliers. Right after, I begin cooking.
