Bringing perfection to the blends of different yet select cuisines and flavors is my goal
Hailing from India, Australia, USA and UK, I became
interested in cooking at the age of 14. I developed my fascination
while keeping my mom company in the kitchen.
I moved to Dubai at age 10 and grew up between countries,
having the opportunity to explore international flavors first-hand.
I decided to study hospitality management in
Melbourne, Australia, and continued forward to work in notable
hotels. However, I worked myself from the bottom of the ladder as
a room service attendant, waiter in the restaurant, and towards bar
supervisor. By this time, I had started my studies on the road
toward becoming a chef. All while working in four- and five-star
hotels such as Quay West Suites and Rydges Hotel in Australia.
Having joined CBC in November 2021, I bring the team a humble and emotionally intellectual
personality. My understanding and perfection of the blends of different yet select, cuisines and flavors is very
sought after in the culinary world. Catering to VVIP/HNWI clients, I have also been honored to be a private
chef to Emarti Royals and on yachts for charters and private villas.
When I am not in the kitchen creating magic for my client’s palettes – I tend to enjoy a simple fish n chips
plate and a big fan of Chinese food!
