Chef Leo Perisse

Leonardo Perisse is a young chef from Orvieto with the dream of opening his own restaurant and a cooking school. He is a Personal Chef and Consultant Chef, that is, he works as a Private Chef in luxury villas and advises start-ups and already established restaurants. He works for well-known agencies and has become Chef ambassador of the international online booking platform Airbnb. Chef Leonardo Perisse is not currently the head of a kitchen brigade in a fixed restaurant, but this has not prevented him from becoming already well known in national circles, despite his young age. His passion for cooking was born at home, when as a child he admired his grandmother who kneaded in flour with her hands. He started working in the kitchen at the age of 15, first in his hometown of Orvieto. After graduating in hospitality and the Master in Haute Cuisine, at the age of 18 he started traveling the world, until he got to work at the starred restaurant "La Pergola" of Chef Heinz Beck, a real excellence. During this period he had the opportunity not only to learn the technique of preparing an elaborate dish, but to train in the field as regards professionalism and discipline.
